Introduction of PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump

The MDF magnetic seal-less / PFA-Lined pumps are low-maintenance and leak-free since they are seal-less  (no sealing to care for).The pump's impeller is also in PFA and the inner magnets assembly is fully embedded under the PFA material.


PFA is not only highly resistance to most corrosive media. It can handle high temperature media of up to  200°C. It is known for its excellent resistance to many chemicals, including acids, bases, and organic solvents. It is also highly resistant to UV radiation and high-energy radiation. However, PFA may not be resistant to certain chemicals such as molten alkali metal, fluorine compounds and some halogenated organic compounds. Please refer back to EMMECOM for technical advice. 


As for the Inner Magnets (PFA embedded) and the Outer Magnets (Magnetic Coupling to the B5 flange mounted or B35 foot & flanged mounted motor shaft); they are Rare Earth which has super-strong magnetic strength and are arranged in a circular pattern to ensure no slippage between both the Inner and Outer Magnets especially when pumping higher density media.
