Introduction of Dry Screw Vacuum Pump

LG / LGB  series dry screw vacuum pumps adopt twin rotors design: Rotor A and B rotating in an opposite direction with uniform gap & closed tolerance, thus obtaining a good sealing and good vacuum of up to 0.05 mbar (abs).

LG / LGB series dry screw vacuum pumps inhale & suck gas via the NDE (Non-drive End) side of the Twin Rotors. After air is sucked into the pump casing, it will move from inlet end (NDE) to outlet end (DE). As the Gas moves along the Twin Rotors, the pressure increases, and so is the temperature. The gas will travel along the pump chamber and is continuously discharged. The pump body has a Water-Cooled jacket to keep the Pump cool during decompression. The sealing has a connection for Nitrogen gas or Process Air to help extend the sealing life. The LG / LGB series dry screw vacuum pump process chamber is oil-free, water free, environmentally friendly and therefore is widely accepted in many industries & applications.
